June Update

Here are a few pictures of the boys during the month of June.

Andrew loves swimming in his new pool.

This is Andrew's buddy, Turner. I am babysitting her a couple days a week, and her and Andrew have a blast together.

Reading time in the tent.

Owen is always so happy when he wakes up.

Andrew has been introduced to fishing and loves it! My mom's dad (Pap paw) gave us his fishing boat, so Andrew and Gary had a lot of fun taking it out on the water. This day he caught 2 Bream.

Who needs toys when you can just play with kitchen utensils?

Owen is a little wiggle worm, and diaper changes are already getting more difficult. He usually tries to flip over within a few seconds.

Playtime...

Swinging at the park...

Sweet boys playing together...

Bath time...

We went swimming with the Williams family, and the boys loved the pool.

This is Caleb, Gary, Andrew, and Emily.

I think the pool wore Owen out. He slept through all the splashing and noise in his float.

Working on his baseball skills.

When it's not blazing hot, we love to be outside in our yard. Andrew is usually playing or pretend fishing, and Owen is hanging out in the exersaucer.

Owen had 2 teeth come through last week. He's been drooling a lot and chomping down on his toys, so we figured it was only a matter of time before they popped through. He also started feeding himself puffs, and absolutely loves them. Owen is a roly poly and will move across the bed or floor pretty quickly. He's been sitting up well, and can scoot in a circle on the floor. He's not crawling yet, but he'll put his knees under his body and rock back and forth. The funniest is when he tries to move, and he looks like he's swimming. If he's anything like his brother, it might be a while before he's mobile, and I'm definitely not rushing it. Andrew is hilarious these days and is telling us stories or asking questions all day long. Lately, he's interested in how things work or likes to reason with us about things. We are so blessed with 2 incredible boys!!
